These units use GPS for vehicle tracking.  There are a number of locations and conditions where they may be ineffective.  They report via special cellular to Uplink's data processing center.  Reporting will be limited to the coverage available from the contracted service providers in your area.  You may log onto the Uplink center via our web portal to check the data reported by your unit and depending on the service package you have you may set alerts by region, or area and by speed and also low battery.  Alerts can be sent to your cell phone via text message (if your cell provider supprots this via e-mail) or sent to your e-mail account.  Your unit will arrive preactivated and log on information will be included in the packaging.  

After your package is listed as delivered you have seven (7) calendar days to test and evaluate the unit to determine if it is a useful tool for you or not.  It must be postmarked and shipped within seven (7) days of being listed as delivered to qualify for a full refund.  Shipping to you will be by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.  Return shipping must be the same.  

We are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states at this time.

We are reselling a product and a service and have no responsibility for the quality or durability of the product or the service other than our commitment as listed above.  

An ongoing service commitment is required to continue to use this item.  There are two service levels available.  You may contact us at anytime via e-mail (must be the same e-mail address associated with your tracking and PayPal accounts) to change or cancel your service.  Re-activation of a cancelled service may require an activation fee.  Any unit for which the paid service period expires before payment is recceived may be deactivated as soon as one day after it has become delinquent.  It is your responsibility to keep your service current.  You will receive an e-mail invoice from our PayPal account approximately 20 days before it is due to be paid. Charges are not considered paid until they are received.

PayPal is our preferred method of handling service charges.
